PANDYA Composite Wood Warranty

FIVE (5) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Cambria Plastics, LLC. Composite Wood products are warranted by the manufacturer, Cambria Plastics, LLC. to be free from defects in material and workmanship occurring as a direct result of the manufacturing process, as per conditions in the following paragraphs and under normal use and service. The warranty is valid only in the United States and subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations listed below.

Cambria Plastics, LLC. composite wood is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship that result in cracking, peeling, blistering, rotting, flaking, or splitting of the wood.

Limitations

THE FIVE (5) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID UNDER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
  1. Improper installation and/or failure to follow installation guidelines and recommendations
  2. Any settling, movement, collapse or displacement of the ground or supporting structures on which Cambria Plastics composite wood product is installed
  3. Acts of God or natural casualties including flooding, earthquakes, tornados, hurricanes, lightning, or impact of objects due to natural casualties
  4. Any misuse or neglect of the product by purchaser or third parties
  5. Improper handling or storage of the product by purchaser or third parties
  6. Improper application of chemicals or paint
  7. Normal weathering of surfaces and adverse effects of air/environmental pollution
Additional Conditions

Cambria Plastics, LLC composite wood products are not recommended for all end use applications. These products are intended only for use in, for example, fencing, landscaping, piers, deck or boardwalk railings, or parking lots (e.g., parking lot bumpers). It is the purchaser's responsibility to consult with local code authorities before installation into structures involving load bearing capabilities or other specific zoning and/or building code requirements. THE STATEMENTS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES EXTENDED BY PANDYA, INC. GREEN DIVISION AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURCHASE AND MERCHANTABILITY. The provisions set forth in this warranty constitute the entire liability of Pandya, Inc. Green Division and constitute the purchaser's exclusive remedies in contract, tort, or warranty. PANDYA, INC. GREEN DIVISION IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON ITS COMPOSITE WOOD PRODUCTS. All other warranties, remedies, and claims for damages are hereby waived by the purchaser and third party.

Notification

If any Cambria Plastics, LLC. Composite Wood Product shows defects within the five (5) year limited warranty period, the purchaser must notify Cambria Plastics, LLC. in writing within 30 days of discovery of the claimed defect and prior to the start of any repair or alteration to the Cambria Plastics, LLC. composite wood product. The written notice must include a detailed description of the claimed defect, photograph (s) of the claimed defect, and proof-of-purchase. Please allow up to four months for inspection and verification purposes. If, after proper inspection and verification, Cambria Plastics, LLC. determines the claim is valid and in accordance with the terms of the Five (5) Year Limited Warranty, the manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the pro-rated balance of the original purchase price of the defective material. The manufacturer will not be liable for any labor and/or removal and replacement costs involved with the claim. All shipping costs involved in the warranty claims process are the responsibility of the purchaser. Replacement products, if provided through the warranty process, will be as close to the original product color as possible but are not guaranteed to be an exact match. In the event of repair or replacement, the original warranty will apply to the repaired or replaced product and will extend for the balance of the warranty period in effect at the time of the defect.

Please download, complete, and return the Warranty Registration Card below within 30 days of purchase. Failure to do so may cause delays and/or void certain portions of the warranty and claims process.
